Allison Boley has been writing mysteries since she was a little girl producing scripts starring her family and friends. She received a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University specifically to strengthen her expertise in writing mysteries. Allison graduated from Barrett, The Honors College at ASU, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and moved to Hollywood.
In California, Allison studied under Jack Gilbert, Sheryl Anderson, and Dean Batali in the Act One TV Track, and won semifinalist honors for her House spec script in the Scriptapalooza TV International Television Writing competition. For more than a year Allison served as assistant to two agents simultaneously at the Brant Rose Agency in Hollywood, giving her a broad understanding of the industry.
Allison is presently furthering her love of all things mysterious by pursuing a PhD in physics at Arizona State University. Her current works in progress include screenplays and a novel. Allison's other passion is playing drums.
